Jordán Sandoval

Jordán joined the department in August 2022. With a B.A. in Art History & Arts Management, an M.A. in Organization & Leadership, and an Ed.D. in Social Justice Leadership, he brings a unique perspective grounded in arts administration, student affairs, and social justice.

As the Assistant Director of Student Services, Jordán is committed to supporting student success by creating meaningful opportunities that foster engagement and belonging within the department. Through his work, Jordán cultivates an inclusive learning environment where students can build community, develop their creative identities, and prepare for careers within the arts and beyond.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Jordán enjoys spending his free time with his orange tabby, Neko, exploring the outdoors through weekend camping trips, and practicing fire arts as a form of personal creative expression.
