Christian Gonzalez Ho holds the Jeanette and William Hayden Jones Fellowship in American Art and Culture. He specializes in the epistemic frameworks of art and architecture, with research that blurs boundaries between these fields and their societal logics. Trained as an architect at Harvard and with a decade of experience as an actor and playwright in New York, he brings a multi-hyphenate approach to scholarship and curatorial practice. He has curated projects with Stanford Live, the Cantor Arts Center, the Anderson Collection, and the Headlands Center for the Arts.

He is the co-author of Los Angeles: Mestizo Archipelago (2018), an experimental ethnography of the city’s art world and its ties to faith and spirituality, and his writing also appears in a forthcoming book from Yale University Press.
