Post-Cinema: Videographic Explorations is an exhibition of video essays, including works by well-known scholar-filmmakers Allison de Fren and Kevin B. Lee, as well as students from Shane Denson's “Post-Cinema” seminar (winter 2017): Katie Adams, Jace Alexander Casey, Cleo Chung, Will Ferrer, Ouree Lee, Raquel Orendain Shrestha, and Spencer Slovic. Selected videos deal with topics ranging from digital animation, Beyoncé’s Lemonade and the visual album, contemporary horror, slow cinema, post-cinematic television and transmedia franchises, and more.

VISITOR INFORMATION: The Gunn Foyer is located in the McMurtry Building at 355 Roth Way, on Stanford’s campus. Parking is free after 4PM weekdays and all day weekends. Entry is free of charge and open to the public. All are encouraged to attend!
