Stanford Department of Art & Art History presents, HAPA, a solo exhbition of works by Sam Girvin and instructed by Lukas Felzmann and Jonathan Calm, on view, May 1 through May 8, from Monday -Friday, 9am-5pm.
A photographic exploration of part-Asian identity
A photojournalist by training, Sam Girvin served as managing editor of photography at The Stanford Daily for five volumes. Sam grew up in southern California and Tokyo, but now resides in northern Virginia. Currently, he is focused on portrait photography and finishing his coterm in electrical engineering.

VISITOR INFORMATION: The Mohr Student Gallery is located in the McMurtry Building at 355 Roth Way on Stanford’s campus. Parking is free after 4PM weekdays. Entry is free of charge and open to the public. All are encouraged to attend!
