A Q&A with the filmmakers and reception will follow the screening.

Empty Flower Flame in the Sun by Shirley Yumeng He | A filmmaker searches for a home in an unfamiliar place through dreams, memories, and imagination.

Bread Film by Dominic Yarabe | A filmmaker takes us on an unexpected tour of her house that slowly reveals the absurdity of our current age.

The Alchemy Arcade by Claire Haughey | Two years after a wildfire ravages California’s first state park, people re-enter a redwood forest transformed by flames and human landscaping - an interaction between humans and trees mediated by shifting understandings of “wild” spaces, fire, and climate precarity.

Interference by Julie Gaynin | Two sisters grapple with the effects of their mother's mental illness.

Fabiola Fabricada by Julia Alicia Friedman | A bilingual essay film that traces the boundaries of connection, labor, and language at a university through the search for a night custodial worker.
