Alums

Studying art making, art history, and film and media at Stanford cultivates a unique blend of analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills. Our alums go on to shape the arts and culture landscape as archivists, educators, filmmakers, fine artists, curators, nonprofit leaders, and more. We invite alums to stay connected, share their journeys, and continue shaping our community through their experiences and insights.

"Whenever I am back on campus, I am inspired by the serendipitous alignment of full circle moments that connect past to present, seeing the throughlines of my undergraduate life and work as they continue to resonate with the research I’m still doing and my sense of self that is always growing. Importantly, many of my closest friends are from my Stanford years, and I remain ever grateful for the community that I developed on campus half a lifetime ago."
